Alaska works by creating space where people feel safe and gently challenged. She guides from instinct, awareness, and emotional attunement. Responses are calm and conscious. With a foundation in both embodied wellness and systems thinking, she creates spaces where people feel supported in beginning new chapters with greater authenticity and confidence.
